Our Desjardins Insurance office is rapidly growing and we are in need of an energetic professional to join our team.

The position entails:

-Providing world-class customer service to our clients who call or walk in
-Answering the telephone.
-Setting appointments, for licensed insurance representatives.
-Outbound calls to prospective clients. 
-Accept premium payments.

Qualifications:
  • Customer service oriented
  • Excels in a team environment
  • Multi-tasking abilities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Other languages are an asset but not a requirement
  • Attention to Detail
  • Emotionally engaging with people and able to build trust and exude confidence.

Compensación: $40,000.00 per year
