A Day in the Life
As a key member of our Desjardins Agent team, your day is filled with meaningful interactions and opportunities to make a difference for our clients and their families.
Start the Day: Client Support & Service
You begin your day by taking inbound calls from clients who need assistance with their insurance policies. Whether they’re requesting changes, cancellations, updates, or simply have questions, you guide them with confidence and care. You listen closely, identify their needs, and ensure each request is completed accurately while educating them on their coverage. Your goal? Complete satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
Building Trust Through Conversations
Throughout the day, you connect with clients by phone to review their coverage, provide personalized advice, and help them understand their options. You create a warm, trusting atmosphere that encourages open conversation and helps clients feel confident in their decisions. Every interaction is an opportunity to strengthen the relationship and demonstrate the value of our products.
Spotting Opportunities to Protect Families
As you speak with clients, you naturally identify opportunities to offer additional solutions—whether it's Home, Auto, Business, or Life insurance. You take initiative in every conversation, ensuring clients are fully protected while contributing to the agency’s growth.
Outbound Calls & Follow-Ups
Part of your afternoon includes proactive outreach. You make outbound calls to follow up on quotes, reach out to potential leads, reconnect with past prospects, or check in with current clients. Your genuine desire to help others ensures these calls feel supportive and not forced.
Team Collaboration & Goal Alignment
You work closely with the Agent and your teammates to achieve shared office goals. You celebrate wins together, share insights, and receive ongoing coaching to support your development. You’re part of a team that values growth, positivity, and collective success.
Lead Generation & Community Engagement
You’re always building connections—whether over the phone or through in-person interactions. You help nurture a strong pipeline of potential clients, ensuring the office stays healthy and growing.
